Replace fragmented spreadsheets and one-off tools used by sports federations and organizers with a single platform that handles registrations, scheduling, live results, rankings, and payments — flexible enough to support many sports and governing bodies.
Approach
Built a modular multi-tenant platform with a GraphQL API and a Next.js front end. Designed flexible data models for sports, disciplines, and ranking systems, integrated payments for registrations, and delivered real-time results and standings.
